The intervention was to show our discontent and dissatisfaction with the differential and aggrieved youths receiving Alcorcón, regarding the 441 Households with Public Protection Arrangements Lease Purchase Option, Youth (VPPAOC-J), Resolution of 26 January 2007 the General Directorate of Architecture and Housing of the Community of Madrid.
According to this decision, this call of the housing lottery, they may choose any youth of the Community of Madrid. Although, the soil where future homes will be built is land reclassified to tertiary Residential by the City of Alcorcón and likewise EMGIASA expropriated land has been urbanized (about 20 million euros in cost), yielding to the CAM for the construction 1,098 other homes in the South Extension, Alcorcón being one of the councils that more work done on public housing, not only in Madrid but throughout Spain.
Alcorcón Young people will not receive the same treatment as other young people from other municipalities in the Community (Arganda, Móstoles, Boadilla, Pozuelo ... ..) which are required to qualify for this type of call being registered in the villages of destination of the tender offer.
With so we believe that the Community of Madrid in this offer is not applying the principle of equality that must prevail in the functioning of the entire public administration.
