PROJECT: Income generation for crew members and workers in the field COPEINCA intervention in closed season.

COPEINCA Company in its Social Responsibility Program decides to improve the quality of life of its crew and workers and their families through self-employment initiatives, ensuring that the beneficiaries generate their own income, which we are very necessary, especially in times of closure. COPEINCA proposed Business Plan Competition, which awards the 10 best business plans with a zero-interest financing.

aim is to improve incomes of 119 crew members and beneficiaries between COPEINCA workers by generating self-employment. The implementation

del proyecto se beneficiaran 10 pescadores y sus familias al poder implementar sus negocios gracias a los créditos otorgados por COPEINCA , así mismo 119 pescadores se habrán capacitados y dispondrán de un plan de negocio que podrían implementar no necesariamente con el prestamos sino con otros recursos.


Estas iniciativas ejecutada por el Consorcio: Unión Para el Desarrollo Social - UNPADS, Proyectos y Soluciones Integrales SAC - PROSOLINT SAC, Centro de Investigación y Desarrollo Económico, Social y Medio Ambiental – CIDESMA, Elije Soluciones Empresariales y Comerciales SAC - ELIJE SAC, Grupo Silicium SAC y Socorro Orellana Manrique y Financiado por el MINDES, FONCODES y SWISSCONTACT, mejorarán la calidad de vida de los beneficiarios y sus familias, las cuales se ven afectadas en épocas de veda sobre todo. Indirectamente estos negocios beneficiarán a otras personas dentro del sector productivo que se trabaje , ya que de alguna manera se involucra en una cadena productiva o de comercialización, generando empleos hacia otro sector.

§ Increase the capacity of business management and commercial producers Huando quinoa.
§ Increase the capacity for developing and implementing a marketing plan Huando quinoa.
§ Reducing informality and disruption of Huando quinoa producers. The micro project

expected to benefit 76 farmers will directly and indirectly to the 380 people who make their families (estimated number of 5 persons per family).

The market has been identified as forming the Huando District Municipality, who through their social programs require this cereal, either in grain or flake. It hopes to sell 6000 kilos (6 TM) of quinoa varieties and Hualhuas Dulce Salcedo INIA at an average price of S /. 3.00 nuevos soles, hoping to generate S /. 18000 new soles for 76 families of farmers.
