The association "RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CENTER FOR ECONOMIC, SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL - CIDESMA" is a Civil Association (Non Governmental Organization), to be jointly and nonprofit.
The association is apolitical and does not discriminate on grounds of religion, sex, race or otherwise.
It aims to promote socio-economic and ecological development of the country. As research and innovation, while preserving cultural diversity, environment, resources local language, knowledge and ancient techniques.
The aims of the association:
Ø Promote the socio-economic development, prioritizing the most vulnerable areas, seeking an equitable national development, sustainable and democratic. Ø
contribute to cultural development, research, innovation and social development of children, youth and adults, promoting local potential, particularly through education at all levels and modalities.
Ø Ensure environmental conservation and ecological awareness generating proposals that preserve the balance of the ecosystem for present and future.
or contributions to the processes of democratic institutions and governance, good citizenship and civil society strengthening.
Its specific objectives are:
Ø Generate and implement projects and programs that help improve the quality of life of the country's most vulnerable population. Ø
provide development services that generate empowerment and strengthening of various socio-economic actors. Ø Develop
research to generate social and economic development proposals.
Ø Develop and promote educational proposals with modern approaches, respecting cultural diversity, taking also technological advances and innovations.
Ø To develop and promote proposals for health and food safety, within the strategies of participation and poverty reduction. Ø Generate
local development proposals, based on research and validation of methodologies for participatory work with modern approaches.
