Cardinal Nicolas de Jesus Lopez Rodriguez urged the government to consider reducing fuels as the latest rebates that have experienced the oil price per barrel internationally.
"It really has gone down a bit (oil) will be a matter for the government to consider the possibility that down a bit if possible (the fuel)," he said. López Rodríguez
deemed it necessary to consume less fuel in the country to reduce oil demand, with rising international oil and rising fuel prices that affect the public.
"What do we do? The oil as it seems to producers, and here therefore consume less oil, are matters beyond the control of the general public, hopefully it will save and spend less, "he said. Cardinal López Rodríguez addressed the issue after a confirmation Mass Quisqueya School students, held in the parish Jesus Master.
Motivated young people who were confirmed in the Catholic Church to keep faith in God and the redemption of His Son Jesus Christ, after claiming that one church in the world founded by him.
He explained to young people confirmed that in studying the history and the scriptures it is clear that only Jesus Christ founded a Church that is Catholic and he taught humans to follow the path to God. "The Church of Jesus Christ is one and we learned not to plant a church with another church, one church is nothing more and therefore have to see how we honor that church," he said.
stressed that the Catholic Church has maintained for over 2000 years, with 2300 million adherents in all countries.
"Jesus Christ founded only one Church which is maintained for two thousand years and now has 2300 million people in its midst," he said.
